Our farm is set in the middle of Isle of Purbeck, a fantastic location. We're ten minutes from the long sandy bay of Swanage, where you can enjoy fish & chips, cocktails, a movie or even the occasional play, stroll on the pier, and seaside arcades. Studland with its stunning wild bay is a must, and can be found on the way to the ferry heading towards Bournemouth. If you go in the other directions you'll reach Corfe Castle with its magical ruin, amazing pubs, and fantastic countryside walks. Corfe Castle is also home to the fabulous Dorset waterpark, an exhilarating experience for both young and old. The famous Square & Compass pub and fossil museum in Worth Matravers is only 15 minutes away, a must for an eccentric pasty and cider pub experience! Wareham with train connections to London and the West is only 15 minutes away.

HORSEBACK RIDING
There aren't many places in the UK where you can experience rides and views like at Studland Stables. An exhilarating famous beach ride on Studland Beach is just one of the memorable rides they offer at Studland Riding Stables, situated in the picturesque village of Studland, 5 minutes from Swanage and 30 mins from Bournemouth via the Sandbanks chain ferry in Dorset.

Travelling between Swanage and Norden, this is a greatway to get around the Purbeck! All the fun of an old fashioned train experience... jump on and off for walking, cream teas and pub visits!
Crafty Fun

For something completely different, how about a jewellery making class ? Local craft supplier Metal Clay Ltd runs regular classes in their Wareham studio.
RIDING WITH WHEELS
There are seven marked cycle rides around the Purbeck area ranging from 8 to 47 miles; something for every age and ability.

WATER FUN

Whether you're after a relaxed beach walk or wild thrills , you can find it in our area. There is a huge range of beaches to choose from, all within a 20 minutes drive; Studland, Shell bay, Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge, and Durdle Door. Go kayaking, paddleboarding and snorkelling with Fore Adventure or Land & Wave. Dorset Waterpark is a huge Woodland Water Park spread over two lakes overlooking Corfe Castle.
